Important Notice

As of September 22, proof of vaccination (along with a photo ID, such as driver’s license or health card) will be required for admission to Upper Canada Playhouse. If you do not have proof of immunization already, you can obtain it by downloading or printing your vaccine receipt from the provincial booking portal at the following link:

or by calling the Provincial Vaccine Booking Line at 1-833-943-3900. As always, masks are required in the theatre at all times.

Individuals who cannot receive the vaccine due to medical exemptions will be permitted entry with a doctor’s note (along with photo ID) until recognized medical exemptions can be integrated as part of a digital vaccine certificate. Children who are 11 years of age and younger and unable to be vaccinated will also be exempted from these requirements. Regardless of vaccination status, masks are always required in the theatre at all times.

Ticket Prices

Due to our shortened Fall Season, there will be no Flex Passes. Tickets will be sold on a show by show basis at our one regular adult price of $36/seat.

Exceptions are $30/seat for our September 23rd Preview of Old Love and $25/seat for children 14 and under for our Christmas show.

Seating: Available socially distanced seats are indicated on our revised Seating Plan. Please select from these seats only.

Self-screening Questionnaire: This will be sent or given to you with your ticket purchase to inform you of the questions you will be asked at the door. The Questionnaire itself does not need to be presented at door.

Tickets:

In Person: Tickets & Questionnaire will be given to you at time of purchase.

By Phone: Tickets & Questionnaire will be mailed to you.

Online: Tickets & Questionnaire will be emailed to you to print or store on your phone. In our effort to be as paperless and contactless as possible, all tickets must be presented and scanned at the door prior to the performance (from a hard copy or from your phone) and then retained by patrons.

  • If a performance is cancelled by The Playhouse, a refund can be processed for the price of your ticket(s) or your account can be credited for a future performance.
  • If you need to cancel your ticket(s), you must contact the Box Office by email or phone at least 3 days prior to the performance date for a refund or credit to your account for a future performance.
  • Exchanges can be made at least 24 hours prior to ticket date for a $2 per order fee.
